Experience a refreshingly modern, locally inspired menu served in the retro style of an old-school supper club.

Perfecting its unique blend of contemporary and classic, The Salt Cellar offers our guests a look into their meal’s preparation. Processes such as sausage and bread making will be visible as the kitchen is not hidden from diners, but encased in glass for a visual experience in addition to a flavorful one. Meat will be carved and Caesar salads will be prepared at each table to further enhance your meal.

The distinctive menu showcases choice cuts of Creekstone beef at it’s heart, but transcends the traditional steakhouse concept through it's continuously evolving menu built to showcase the seasons and foods of the Midwest. Ingredients are largely used only when available through relationships with local purveyors throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. The cuisine is driven by the passionate, imaginative Chef Alan Bergo. With his love for foraging and wild foods, Bergo’s intricate, intentional, and often unexpected combinations of ingredients has earned him a name as a Midwestern culinary pioneer.
